HealthTracker Limited ('we') are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office as a Data Controller (Reg No. Z2141968), and have in place a comprehensive Company data protection policy and code of practice.

This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on www.HealthTracker.com or any associated subdomains (“Website”). This includes information provided during completion of surveys, sleep diaries and other online tools, posting of comments in the Community or requesting further services.
  • We may also ask you for information when you purchase a product or pay for access to restricted content, enter a competition or promotion and when you report a problem with our site.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties except trusted suppliers who help us deliver the HealthTracker Service to you. All payments are processed securely via PayPal, and we ensure that all suppliers meet our security and data protection standards.

IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration, to tailor your experience of the Website, provide you with customer support and to report aggregate information internally and to advertisers.

Where and how we store your personal data

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers located in the UK. All passwords are stored in encrypted form and all logged-in traffic is transmitted securely via SSL by default.

  • If you consent to allow your medical practitioner access to your HealthTracker account, through the HealthTracker Clinic service. In such circumstances we shall ensure that such medical practitioner agrees to keep your personal data confidential and not share it with any other parties.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. We will inform you before collecting your data and will collect your consent in accordance with current legislation if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data or by not entering your email address when prompted. If you do not want your personal data used by HealthTracker as provided in this Privacy Policy, you should not register an account or for any specific services that collects personal data. You may correct, update or review personal data you have submitted through registration, by signing in and updating your personal information on your Account page.
